These Wusthof pull-apart kitchen shears are an everyday helper in the kitchen, cutting through thicker fish bones, herbs such as chives, packaging, parchment paper and string. The stainless steel blades are paired with black synthetic handles 4.3" long, and the two halves pull apart so the blades and pivot can be cleaned thoroughly.
Wash by hand and towel-dry right away, and avoid abrasive sponges or leaving the shears to soak; the dishwasher can damage the handles and dull the blades. Made in China and covered by Wusthof's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
