Messermeister, 9" Push Button Take-Apart Multi Shears

The Messermeister PBS-8B is a 9" multi-purpose shear with a patented bearing pivot that keeps the blades smooth and aligned. Press the button and the blades come apart for cleaning. The 4 mm blades are Daido 1K6 high-carbon stainless steel with a black titanium coating, a micro-serrated edge, and a bone notch for holding food steady.

The double-injected Sanoprene soft-grip handles also include a bottle opener and a nutcracker. Separate the halves to wash, dry thoroughly, and reassemble. Made in China and covered by Messermeister's Knife for Life warranty.
