The Kai GSS set brings together three scissors from Kai's S-Series, the hard-plastic-handled line that came before the 5000 Series. The S-4 is a 4" needlecraft scissor with sharp pointed tips for threads, Hardanger, beadwork, rug hooking and fly tying. The S-5 is a 5 1/2" scissor for trimming dog ears and clipping threads when chain piecing. The S-8 is an 8" dressmaking shear with right-hand ergonomic handles, rated for multiple layers of denim and cotton.
