The Kai DH3346 kitchen shear comes from Kai's Seki Magoroku line. It is built entirely of stainless steel, with blades that are both curved and serrated. The serrations bite into poultry and other slippery foods, while the curve lets you slide the lower blade under food, such as a slice of pizza, for a clean cut.
It measures 8 3/4" and weighs 4.4 oz. The shears come apart so both halves and the pivot can be cleaned thoroughly, and they are dishwasher safe. Dry and reassemble before storing.
