The Kai 5135 is a 5 1/2" embroidery scissor from Kai's 5000 Series. It is small enough for precise work at the machine yet long enough for general trimming, and the soft-grip handle stays comfortable during extended use.
Kai recommends it for trimming dog ears, clipping threads when chain piecing, and general embroidery. The hardened blades are made from Japanese steel in Kai's Vietnam factory, and the scissor weighs 1.3 oz. Wipe the blades clean after use and store dry.
