This trussing kit includes 6 reusable stainless steel pins and 100-percent cotton butcher's twine, designed to hold stuffed turkey, chicken, pheasant, quail, duck, rabbit, or crab stuffed flounder during roasting or baking. Proper trussing keeps fillings in place, helps meats cook evenly, and creates compact results. It is ideal for rolled or stuffed roasts such as beef braciole, pork loin, or veal roulades. The easy-pull pins allow removal of the twine for carving. Food safe and oven safe (up to 500-degrees Fahrenheit). Stainless steel pins are reusable and hand wash in warm, soapy water; cotton butcher's twine is intended for single use only. Not for direct exposure to flame or grilling.
