The precision flat, two grit DuoSharp Plus diamond sharpener features both interrupted and continuous diamond surfaces. For counter and bench sharpening, interrupted diamond surfaces are for knives and scissors, plus an additional continuous diamond surface for small and pointed tools. Equipped with coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) to restore a neglected edge, and extra-coarse diamond (60 micron / 220 mesh) to repair a damaged edge. No oils needed; sharpen dry or with water. Made in the USA.
